1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing https://www.tpweddings.com/ or booking services with Perfect Weddings (a subsidiary of Eclectic Events), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Perfect Weddings provides professional event services including DJ entertainment, photography, videography, and photo booth rentals. Service execution relies on the client providing accurate event details, timelines, and venue access.

3. SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in via our website forms or chat widget, you consent to receive text messages from Perfect Weddings.

Program Description: Messages include appointment reminders, event coordination updates, quotes, and occasional promotional offers regarding our services.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to our number. Upon receiving "STOP", we will send you a final confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Help: If you need assistance with our messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP".

Interruption: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cost & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your event timeline. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

4. Booking, Contracts, and Payments

An event is only considered booked once a formal contract is signed and a non-refundable retainer/deposit is received. Final balances must be paid according to the schedule outlined in your specific Service Agreement.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

All cancellations must be made in writing. Retainers are non-refundable to account for calendar blocking. Specific cancellation fees or rescheduling options will be dictated by the terms outlined in your signed Service Agreement.

6. Creative Control & Media Rights

For photography and videography services, Perfect Weddings retains the copyright to all media captured but grants the client a personal usage license. Perfect Weddings reserves the right to use media for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless explicitly restricted in writing prior to the event.

7. Limitation of Liability

Perfect Weddings is not liable for performance failures due to venue restrictions, power outages, extreme weather, or other acts beyond our reasonable control ("Acts of God"). In the event of an unavoidable cancellation on our part, our liability is strictly limited to the refund of monies paid.
