Filling Hearts with Joy Through the Power of Live Strings
I enjoy playing live at events, adding elegance to your experience to make it extra special!
I am a self-proficient violinist, with mentorship along the way. I am from West Philadelphia, PA and I began playing in the 2nd grade at Andrew Hamilton Elementary School. With my newfound interest I kept at playing the violin, performing at school assemblies. By the 5th grade, my violin mentor left without notice.
From the 5th to 8th grade, I refined my craft, teaching myself more, and playing whenever I could get a hold of a school property violin. By the 8th grade, a new violin mentor came along, and she encouraged me to pursue my interest in auditioning for CAPA (Creative and Performing Arts) High School. She was astonished by my talent, passion, and ambition, and supported me with all that she could.
I went on to audition for CAPA High School, and thankfully I was accepted! From there on out, I continued to play in my high school orchestra, along with the Philadelphia All City Orchestra.
It was truly a pleasure meeting others who were also thrilled to be a musician during my teenage years.
Sharing experiences such as playing in orchestras, traveling overseas to perform, and street performing with fellow musicians have molded me into the violinist that I am today.
Now, I play to fill my heart and your hearts with joy! I am more than happy to share my gift from Christ with you!
